I liked how she worked the realities (ok what I assume to be realities, not my area of expertise.. lol) of that kind of relationship, it was very real for me.Ediehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13939800151943834980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18010424.post-17638366027527333362009-07-30T11:36:57.000-04:002009-07-30T11:36:57.000-04:00Great review, Lori!

Fan-dam-tastic. I'm such a squeeing fangirl, it's pathetic, LOL. If you love that sense of family, I'd also recommend either the Chase family series from Samhain (I reviewed the whole series) or her Cascadia Wolves series (yes, I'm actually recommending a shifter series - gasp!)

This one is actually the start of a new series. The next one, Coming Undone, is about Erin's brother, Brody. I'm looking forward to it! This one sounds like something I would really enjoy, with the realistic dialogue and the sense of family. I love those things. Does this book stand alone? It's not part of a series is it?Jill D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/10994157783980931093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18010424.post-48141734600031069032009-07-22T14:08:08.643-04:002009-07-22T14:08:08.643-04:00SOunds good Lori - thanks! Dude! I had such a great convo with her and would have gotten you a book in a heartbeat... Now you just have to deal with the "surprise". It just won't be the same though.Rosiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15868327419940314643noreply@blogger.com
